En virtud a ello, ha establecido la presente MANUAL INTERNO DE POL\u00cdTICAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS DEL TRATAMIENTO DE BASES DE DATOS PERSONALES (En adelante \u201cEL MANUAL\u201d), el cual contendr\u00e1 a nivel general los derechos que les asisten a los titulares de los datos p\u00fablicos, semip\u00fablicos, privados y sensibles, el tratamiento y los mecanismos para hacer valer sus Derechos de conformidad con la normatividad vigente, en los siguientes t\u00e9rminos.<br>ENCHAPES RDA SAS es la Responsable del tratamiento de Datos Personales y en cumplimiento a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 13 del Decreto Reglamentario 1377 de 2013, adopta y hace p\u00fablico a todos los interesados el presente Manual que contiene todos los elementos esenciales, sencillos y seguros para el cumplimiento con la legislaci\u00f3n correspondiente a la Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales.
